Place Your Order
We accept VISA/MC, PayPal, and money orders. Once your order is placed it will be processed, packaged, weighed to verify shipping and sent via USPS. If you are overcharged on shipping by our shopping cart calculator we credit you back.

Shipping Time
Please allow additional time on products that have to be made. These include our art work frames, and some of our tart warmers. You may contact us at anytime to check on your order status.

International Shipping
We do offer shipping to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. We ship to other countries upon request, please contact us for approval. FREE shipping does not apply to international orders; however a shipping cap may apply, please contact us for a quote.

Returns
We do accept returns on items that are in new condition. Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. No questions asked.
Tart Guarantee
We will replace your tart scent if you are not happy with your scent choice. This offer applies to a maximum of 2 scent replacements per order. Replacement scents may be limited to stock on hand. This offer only applies to tarts purchased at regular pricing of $3.95 and is not valid on tart sales.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping will be via USPS or UPS. Depending upon the weight and the size of your order, and the location being shipped to, the charges are approximately 10-15%. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The cheapest method of shipment will be determined once the goods are completed and packaged. A separate invoice or request for payment for shipping will be sent prior to shipment. Products will not be shipped until payment is received.
20% Restocking fee if order is cancelled after 5 days.
